Towel Boi: You're Hired

“This is Ralph with K.O. Boxing. May I speak with Kasey,” began the baritone on the other end of the phone.
“This is Kasey! How are you?”
“Uh…I’m good. We gotta update those hours. I don’t really open up on Monday at all now.”
“No worries.”

“But the job is just some reception and bookkeeping. Can you do that?”
“Oh yes. A hundred percent sir!”
“It’s part time. About nineteen hours a week. Free gym membership and other perks as we agree upon.”
“Oh jeepers,” exclaimed the sassy prospective hire. “That sounds great! When can I…”

Right then a dude in a hoodie and jeans strolled past and said, “Nice ass, girl!”

Kasey mouthed, “Thank you!” And pointed at the phone.

“Sorry about that sir,” Kasey offered.
“You good. You might be good for business.”
“I hope so. When can we meet?”
“I gotta drop my son at the bus station then I can be on my way over there!”
“Sounds good. What time?”
“Let’s say eleven thirty. Just pull up in the parking lot in the back and park by the sign. Call this number and I’ll let you in.”

Kasey rushed towards the man who had just complimented him, but he didn’t see the fine medium-brown fellow in sight. He lowered his head and went home to retrieve his little red sports coupe from the parking area of his building.

He drove straight to the strip mall where the boxing gym was located and waited. About 11:22 a.m., a dark gray 2017 RAM 1500 four-door pickup, pulled up beside him.

Kasey crawled out of his pony car and smiled.

A slightly taller and much brawnier man with deep brown skin and a full goatee stepped out of the truck. His eyes bugged when he caught the glimpse. “I…uhhhh…What’s your name again?”

“Kasey,” the applicant extended his hand.
“So are you a boy or a girl,” he inquired.
The sissy giggled, “I’m a boy. Hope that’s okay?”
“It’s good with me. Catch!”

Kasey caught the keys.

“It’s the one with the green on it!”
“Yes, sir!”

Kasey shimmied up the steps and unlocked the door.

Ralph studied the scantily clad rear-end. He licked his lips and announced menacingly, “This oughta be great for business!”
“I hope so,” called out Kasey.
“Just walk straight and then the door that says ‘office’,” Ralph instructed him. “Go ahead and take a seat. I’ll be right there.”
